At PrecisionGoodsCo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at steven@precisiongoodsco.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been modified, installed, machined, or otherwise used
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital downloads or CAD files

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement due to damage, manufacturing defects, or shipping issues, please contact us and we will make it right.
