Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

PGC Gridplate(s) May take up to 3 weeks to ship 

Made-to-order products, custom products, and larger items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be listed on the applicable product page.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Precision Goods Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box
  • Any packaging materials

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or carrier claim processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
